Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials. Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition within 30 days of purchase with manufacturers tags on the product. Special order items and custom orders are not exchangeable or returnable.
Please call us at 1-800-524-3534 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items returned without the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the box will not be accepted. If you do not call for an RA, your package will not be accepted. We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. Please indicate the reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange or full refund. All items must be returned within 30 days of sales receipt, Returns and exchanges are cheerfully processed.
